LICENSE

Our website grants you products (the "products") sold through our website by Preveda Books and provides in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license") issued by our company, as follows:

a) ONE TIME USAGE LICENSE

You may be granted a One Time Usage License in case of purchasing an e-book. It enables you to use each individual product on a single website only, belonging to you. You have to purchase the book for each time you wish to download.

2. IMAGERY, CLIPARTS AND FONTS

All imagery, clipart, fonts and video footages used in our products are copyrighted and can not be reproduced, modified, or used for any purpose other than personal use unless contracted with Preveda Books for mulitiply copy purchase.

3. UNAUTHORIZED USE

You shall not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium. You also shall not offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.

4. ASSIGNABILITY

You shall not sub-license, assign, or transfer the any mentioned above to any entity without prior written consent from our company.

5. OUR REFUND POLICY

Preveda Books will refund within 15 days after notification of failed download of an e-book to Prevedabooks@hotmail.com.

OWNERSHIP

You do not claim intellectual property right or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Preveda Books. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our company or its agents be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential, or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

6. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

By accessing this website, you agree that all matters relating to your access to and use of this website and/or its products shall be governed by the statutes and laws of the State of Utah, without regard to the conflict of laws principles thereof. The parties specifically disclaim the U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. You also agree and hereby submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts of Salt Lake County, Utah with respect to any such matters relating to your access or use of this website and/or its products.
